Up 2 My Knees in Grey
I always have so much fun mixing and matching different pieces to create fresh looks. Here's an old skirt I bought last year at Marshall's that I hiked up and belted to make a flirty, short strapless dress.
I'm also loving knee highs right now since they are a great segway from tights moving into spring (and summer for those of us up here in cold Seattle).

Patent pumps: Jeffrey Campbell, $125
Blouse: Old Navy, $15
You could say this look was inspired by Cher Horowitz from one of our favorite movies of the 90's...Clueless.
