The fabric/texture of the bottom reminds me of that one dress of Carrie's in Sex and the City, the episode where boyfriend of the moment tells her to clean out her closet b/c she has a bunch of stuff she never wears so she wears it just to prove a point. That was a really long story, sorry. But hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.
