Plaid and simple
One of the things I love about being petite (ok, small) is that I can get away with wearing teeny tiny dresses without looking overexposed. However, I'm still a bit paranoid that I might accidentally flash someone so I still wear shorts underneath ala Whitney Port.

2oh i know what u mean! whenever i wear something short, it never looks as short as it is. the potential for accidental flashage is definitely there... but other ppl never quite understand my paranoia. VERY cute look btw!
